Cleaner compute planning.
Steadier workload outcomes.
Verdwell works with engineering teams to review how AI workloads use available resources — offering an outside viewpoint that helps teams plan more deliberately and run more smoothly.
Three ways to work with Verdwell
Each engagement is scoped to a specific stage of your optimisation journey — from an initial review through to an ongoing advisory arrangement.
A focused advisory session reviewing how a team's AI workload uses available compute. Includes preparation checklist, a working session, and a written summary.
- Preparation checklist provided in advance
- Single working session with your team
- Written summary of observations
- Scope: one session with follow-up notes
A short engagement that helps teams structure a plan for using compute more efficiently — covering profiling approaches, sequencing, and operational habits.
- Discovery and current-state review
- Documented optimisation plan
- Profiling and sequencing guidance
- Scope: three-week project
An ongoing advisory arrangement that supports a team across several optimisation cycles, offering a steady outside viewpoint on planning and process decisions.
- Recurring review sessions
- Decision support across cycles
- Continuous process perspective
- Scope: quarterly retained arrangement
What working with us looks like
Outside perspective
An advisor who isn't embedded in your team sees patterns your internal view can miss — particularly around sequencing assumptions and resource habits that accumulate over time.
Pipeline-stage thinking
We work through workloads stage by stage — data in, compute used, results out — so advice stays tied to where inefficiencies actually sit rather than addressing symptoms at the surface.
Written deliverables
Every engagement produces something your team can act on after the session ends — not just a conversation. Summaries, plans, and checklists stay with you.
Scoped and predictable
Each service has a defined scope. You know what's included before you start — a single session, a three-week project, or a quarterly arrangement — with no ambiguous scope drift.
Team-level focus
Advisory is directed at how your team operates as a whole — planning habits, handoffs, and sequencing decisions — not just at a single engineer or a single job.
Malaysia-based support
Sessions can be conducted remotely or in-person from our Johor Bahru office, making scheduling straightforward for teams across peninsular Malaysia.
Bring in a fresh set of eyes on your AI workload planning
Whether you want a one-off review or a longer planning engagement, we can discuss what would be most useful for where your team is right now.
Frequently asked
What does "AI workload optimisation advisory" actually cover?
It covers the planning and operational side of running AI workloads — how compute is allocated, how jobs are sequenced, and what habits within a team tend to lead to unnecessary resource pressure. It is advisory and educational in nature; we review, discuss, and document recommendations rather than making changes to your infrastructure directly.
Who is the Workload Review Session suited for?
It works well for engineering teams who want an outside perspective on how their current workloads are structured — particularly teams that feel their compute use has become harder to predict or control, but haven't yet mapped out what's driving that. The session runs for a fixed scope, so there's a clear starting point without a large commitment.
How does the three-week planning engagement differ from the single session?
The single session produces an observation summary; the planning engagement goes further by helping your team build a structured plan with specific steps to work through. It includes discovery time, structured discussions over the three weeks, and a documented plan that your team holds at the end. It's suited to teams actively scaling their workloads who want a thoughtful structure to follow.
Can sessions be conducted remotely?
Yes. Sessions can be conducted via video call for teams based elsewhere in Malaysia or the region. For teams in Johor Bahru, in-person arrangements can also be discussed. Either way, the preparation checklist and written outputs are shared digitally.
What information does my team need to prepare before a session?
After booking, we send a preparation checklist that outlines what to gather — typically a general picture of your current workload types, how resources are currently allocated, and any known areas of friction. You don't need to prepare detailed profiling data; the checklist is designed to make the session productive without requiring extensive pre-work.
What are the fees and how is payment handled?
The Workload Review Session is RM 510, the Optimisation Planning Engagement is RM 1,750, and the Advisory Partnership is RM 4,550 per quarter. Payment details and scheduling are confirmed after the initial contact. We'll outline the process clearly before any commitment is made.
